Warranty & Repairs

For one year from purchase, Sano will repair manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship at no charge, subject to inspection.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss or theft, scratches, bent or broken components caused by misuse, damage from improper care, or work performed by another jeweler. Resizing or repair by a third party voids this warranty.

For help with a repair, email connect@sanodesign.co with your order information and clear photos. We will assess the piece and provide instructions, timing, and any applicable estimate before work begins.
