Sano Design presents lab-grown diamond jewelry, accepts custom-jewelry inquiries, and lets you join a founding list for launch news. Prices, availability, and lead times shown on the site are indicative and may change.

A custom inquiry or cart submission is a request for a quote, not a binding order. An order exists only once we confirm it with you in writing and payment terms are agreed.

All of our diamonds are lab-grown. Handmade pieces vary slightly, and photographs cannot show colour and scale perfectly. Details of materials, sizing, shipping, returns, warranty, and care are described on our FAQ page and in the written confirmation for your order.

Do not use the site to break the law, submit someone else's contact details without their permission, send spam, scrape content, or interfere with the security or availability of the site.

The Sano Design name, designs, photography, and written content are owned by Spriha Shrestha and may not be reproduced without permission. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the business without obligation to you.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site.

We may update these Terms as the business changes. The date above shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
