Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States. Local pickup and international shipping are not available.

Each piece is crafted after written design approval and the initial deposit. Typical delivery is 10–12 weeks from the deposit date. We will share an estimated delivery date during your consultation and update you if the timeline changes.

Completed domestic orders ship by UPS with complimentary two-day delivery. Overnight delivery may be available for an additional charge. Orders over $1,000 require an adult signature. We cannot ship to freight forwarders or change carriers on request.

Please provide an address that can receive a signature-required package. Contact connect@sanodesign.co promptly if there is an address issue, delivery damage, or an incorrect item.
